Viewers joining this online wellness community that includes workouts, Bible study, recipes, and wellness tips for spirit, soul, and body do so at their own risk. By signing into Locals and continuing with this program/community content, you agree that you are aware of and fully understand the risks associated with all the exercises including the yoga/pilates-type mat-based movement and you assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries resulting from your participation. Allison Becker and Keola Fit, LLC disclaim all liability for any accidents or injuries resulting from your participation in this community, Keola® workouts, or any information shared within the community. Please consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise program or wellness suggestions.

In consideration of my (from here on meaning: you, community member and/or supporter) enrollment and payment of fees to participate in this online Keola Fit, LLC Locals Community conducted by Allison Becker, I (from here on meaning: you, community member and/or supporter) hereby represent and agree as follows:

Keola Fit, LLC Locals Wellness Community is a physical exercise, holistic wellness, and Bible study program. By choosing to participate in the workouts and all other exclusive supporter community videos and content, I voluntarily, knowingly and expressly assume all risk of injury, illness, and death. Allison Becker recommends that you consult your physician before engaging in this or any exercise program and that you refrain from participating if you have a health condition that would be affected by your participation. I acknowledge this, and represent and warrant that I am in good health, and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in this workout/health program. In the event I am pregnant, I will not participate in this course by Allison Becker until I have discussed the potential risks to me and/or my unborn child/fetus with my obstetrician. I agree that I will follow the recommendations of my obstetrician and on behalf of myself, my heirs, spouse, partner, or any other interested party hold harmless Allison Becker and Keola Fit, LLC for any possible harm or injury to me and/or my unborn child/fetus.

I will faithfully follow the instruction of the videos as to when, how, and how not to perform the exercises, as well as choose the right modification for my body. It is my responsibility to monitor each activity to determine whether it is appropriate for me. Although, the video will guide me, I remain solely responsible for my own safety and wellbeing.

I agree that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am a parent/guardian of a minor and am authorizing my child to participate and I assume the risks and every aspect of this Agreement on their behalf.

I understand and agree that by signing into Locals (locals.com) and participating in this wellness community with workouts, I agree to the terms of this waiver. I and my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives hereby forever release, waive, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Allison Becker, or any Keola Fit, LLC members, directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, members, managers, partners, instructors, and representatives from all injuries, damages, losses, expenses, attorneys’ fees, settlements, liabilities, claims, suits, and causes of action which may result therefrom, and which may affect you and/or Allison Becker/Keola Fit, LLC. The laws of the Unites States of America govern this Agreement. Any provision not in conformity with the law of any state or governing body having jurisdiction is hereby severed from this contract and the remaining provisions remain enforceable. I agree that any dispute regarding this Agreement will handled in the United States of America, regardless of my country of residence. Any suit to be tendered will be filed in and under the laws of the United States of America and the State of Tennessee.
